Health Care Reform Implementation

Passing a bill through Congress and getting it signed into law is only the beginning of a federal policy–more work lies ahead in getting it implemented, so that people in the United States actually see results from the law. And in the case of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), much more work lies ahead! Even though PPACA as a bill was 2,000 pages long, the Department of Health and Human Services will need to release thousands more pages of rules and regulations over the course of the next few years.

Keep checking back to this blog for updates on PPACA regulations that affect children with mental health challenges and their families!
