WASHINGTON, D.C. - Former Members of Congress Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) and Jim Ramstad (R-MN) announced on March 14, 2012 that they are re-energizing their efforts to help finalize implementation of a law that they worked to enact, the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, signed into law by President George W.
