How Do I Register For the National Federation's 27th Annual Conference?
You can register for the 27th Annual Conference online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/27th-annual-conference-registration-2564526....

 Where do I send my payment?
Please be sure to register online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/27th-annual-conference-registration-2564526... before mailing your check in.  Include the confirmation email with the registration information when mailing a check to the National Federation’s office, so we can properly match the payment to your registration.

How Much Does It Cost To Attend the 27th Annual Conference?

For a full list of conference fees, please visit www.ffcmh.org/conference/fees.  We currently have our Early Bird Special active until September 30, 2016!  Prices will increase October 1, 2016.  Register Early!

How Do I Make Registration Modifications?
Refer to the email confirmation you received when you registered, log in to your registration “account” and follow the prompts.  If you need further assistance, you may contact the office at 240-403-1901 or via email at conference@ffcmh.org.

Can I Cancel My Registration?  
If you are unable to attend the conference you may send someone in your place. To send a substitute, email conference@ffcmh.org (subject line: Conference Registration Substitute) indicating the name of the person canceling and complete contact information for the person substituting.  Full refunds will be given until October 14, 2016.  After this date, no refunds will be awarded.

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel cancellations must be cancelled separately from your registration cancellation. Please contact the Hyatt Regency Phoenix directly for cancellation procedures at 602-252-1234.

Will There Be Child Care Services Available?
No. In the past we have offered on-site care, however the lack of demand no longer enables us to bring in child care provider services.

Who Attends the National Federation’s Conference? 
The National Federation conference is attended by 1,000+ families, youth, health care providers, researchers, administrators, policymakers, clinicians and other stakeholders. Youth attendees are generally pre-teens, teens and young adults. Youth that require parent supervision should be accompanied by a parent or adult supervision at all times.

Are Scholarships Available?
The National Federation is currently seeking scholarship funding. In recent years, we have received limited funding. If you would like to be considered for a conference scholarship, please send an email to conference@ffcmh.org (subject line: Conference Scholarship Request). Include your name, best contact number and an email address. You will be contacted if funding becomes available. 

How Do I Become a Sponsor?

What is the Cost of Exhibiting at the Conference?
For a full list of exhibitor fees, please visit http://ffcmh.org/conference/exhibitor.  Reserve your table early!  Space is limited and Early Bird Special ends October 14, 2016.

What Is The Cost For Workshop Presenters?
Presenter’s facilitating a workshop pay the Early Bird special rate to present and attend the National Federation’s conference. The National Federation subsidizes a portion of the cost for all conference participants up front as the per person registration fee does not cover the full cost of holding the conference. At this time, we are unable to offer additional pro-rated or discounted registration cost for presenters.

How Do I Register For Hotel Accommodations?

The Federation has a room block for conference presenters and attendees at the government per diem rate, plus tax (or prevailing government per diem, mention the National Federation to receive this rate) The cutoff for the guaranteed special rate is October 30, 2016 or when the room block sells out, whichever comes first. Again, we encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible online www.ffcmh.org/conference/hotel.

How Do I Access The Conference Program & Agenda?
We are currently working on a draft agenda and will make it available when the draft and final versions are complete.

Pre-Conference:
Thursday, November 10th – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Policy Day) 

General Conference:
Friday, November 11th – 9:00am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, November 12th - 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, November 13th – 9:00 am – Noon
